The Regulated Liability Network is an international project of a group of industry contributors developing the concept of a payment infrastructure to support the exchange and settlement of regulated digital assets using DLT technology.

The project has already carried out experiments with both domestic and cross-border payments in USD. 

Our guest will be the contributor Tony McLaughlin, Managing Director at Citi Treasury & Trade Solutions, who will report on the background, goals and current status of the project. As part of the exchange of experiences he then will be available for questions and discussion about RLN.
