As part of the ECB’s Governing Council decision on 18 March 2020 to implement the EUR 750 bio Pandemic Emergency Purchase Programme (PEPP), it was decided to extend the Corporate sector Purchase Programme (CSPP) eligibility to non-financial commercial paper.

The Eurosystem will begin purchases of CSPP-eligible commercial paper today, 27 March 2020.
