Treasury Specialist Cash Management (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Plan the liquidity, risk & asset management, and foreign exchange trading
• Ongoing administration of the cash flow forecasts of the departments and branches in our Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity)
• Coordinate the domestic and foreign payment transactions and disposition of accounts as a service provider in the group for headquarters and branches
• Communicate with our global banking partners for day-to-day operations such as payments, contract management and investigations
• Ensure the worldwide payment transactions in cooperation with our card providers
• Optimize the relevant processes of the forecast and the payment transactions between the TMS and the ERP (Microsoft Business Central / Navision) and departments
• Involvement in compliance-related checks and processes for payment and ad hoc inquiries

Your Profile

• Degree in finance or comparable fields, or relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge in accounting and banking or the financial system of a company
• Experience with treasury management systems (FIS Integrity) and ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central) is an advantage
• Self-initiative, a high level of commitment and the ability to work in a team are require
• Knowledge of the MS Package, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Fluent in English is mandatory, German, or French as an asset
